Beautiful weather

We have had such a cold winter this year. I normally love the snow and cold, but I am happy for these sunny days we have been having this week. Yesterday I took Ben to the park. My mom took Mikey and Jake so that the boys could all play together. Ben had so much fun playing with the big boys. They carried him around, went down the slides with him and put him on the swings. Today I noticed that my crocus flowers are up and opened. The daffodils are coming up, and my yard is starting to look like spring. I know we are expecting snow next week, but I am happy to enjoy the nice days while they are here. I have been scrapbooking at least one day a week, sometimes more. I am still making an effort to use my supplies, even though I am not making much of a dent in them. I have been shopping less, but I have gift cards from my birthday and Christmas so I can buy things without feeling guilty. Alexx has enrolled Travis in puppy school at PetSmart and they are having fun there. He

Catching up

This is our Valentine pizza. Fred had to work tonight, so Alexx and Cassie wanted to have a heart shaped pizza. Half bacon and half sausage, not so healthy but very tasty. So, to catch up since last month. I finished Chase's baby scrapbook before he was born and I was able to give it to Justina the morning that Chase was born. I was lucky to be at the hospital and I was able to see him soon after he was born. He is an adorable baby and looks just like Josh. I went to an all day scrapbook crop and finished eleven pages. For me that is a ton. So my total scrapbook layouts for January was thirteen pages :) Cassie and I are still on WW. We are doing well with the eating healthier foods, but we really need to exercise more. We are working on that. Ben is doing well. He has a check up on Friday and we are going to ask to see the pediatric eye doctor. Since he is over a year now, he is old enough to have his tear duct opened. Scrapbook goals for February: Organize my paper.
