December Daily

This is not my first year trying to do a December Daily. I have decided that this year I will finish my DD no matter what. I have divided page protectors and I pre-cut a lot of papers to the sizes I will need so it should be a fairly easy process.

These are the fun supplies I pulled. I am using a lot of wood, gold, and confetti along with the regular cards and sticker embellishments.
The album I am using is an 8x8 divided page album from Stampin' Up. The green and white cover is perfect for Christmas. I think I am going to add the year in that wood frame in the above picture and glue it to the front of the album with some flowers that are in my stash.

These are some of the papers I will be using. I am going to add vellum, transparencies, and burlap for interest and texture.

Here are some of the pictures I will be adding. Our Elf on the Shelf is named Orange and he will be included each day. Here are some of his antics.

And, this little cutie will be showing his face most days since he and his mom are still living at home.

Thanks for stopping and taking a look at what I am working on. I will be back as soon as I have a few pages done that I can share.

It's been a while

I am glad to be back to posting and scrapbooking. I haven't been on here in over a year to post anything. I have signed up for the Studio Calico scrapbook kit and have really been getting a lot of scrapbooking done with the kits. Here are a few pages I did in the last few months.

^^This was Universal Studios. We have been to WDW six of the last eight years, but this was our first trip to Universal. I found it to be quite a bit like Hollywood Studios. I loved this little storefront that was shaped like a camera.

Ben doesn't know who Woody Woodpecker is but he was one of my favorite cartoons as a kid. I was the only person with Ben or these would be pictures of me and Woody :)

My husband hanging around on the swingset with our grandson. We are so lucky that our daughter and grandson live with us so that we can enjoy the little moments.

One night while we were camping we went to an ice cream parlor. While we were there we saw these lights from a plane in the sky. Ben was staring into the sky and he would not believe us when we told him it was not a space ship. I think he has seen the Martian Mickey episode of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse too many times.

My Disney album for this year is being done PL style. I am making a divider page for each park with a regular layout. This is the layout for Blizzard Beach.

This was just a camping picture. I had two bags of the SC confetti that I wanted to use up so I used a Heidi Swapp mask to make the sunburst and filled in with the confetti. I love how it looks but there is still a ton of confetti left.
I am glad to be back and if anyone is around to see this I hope you enjoy what you see. Right now I am pulling supplies for my December Daily. I expect the post to be up tomorrow. Thanks for looking. ~Jen
