January Counterfeit Kit

Welcome to this stop on the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog hop. You should have arrived from Jemma's blog.
This month at the Counterfeit Kit Challenge blog we are counterfeiting kits from Cocoa Daisy. As soon as I saw their Merry & Bright kit I knew that I would be making one of my own. Here is my kit.
The Cocoa Daisy kit included 21 patterned papers. I can't tell you how much I love that. I noticed some pink and blue in their kit so I added some pink and blue papers to break up the red/white/green a little. I put in some Thickers and tiny alphas, a lot of cards and tags, and about a billion embellishments. I have a HUGE Christmas stash so it was a lot of fun to "shop" for this kit.

I have a lot of event photos from this Christmas season. We had a trip to NYC, A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place, a band concert, and a trip to a light display. All of that is in addition to our regular holiday activities, so I have plenty of pictures. All I need now is time.

Your next stop on the hop is Julie Ann. I am sure she has a great kit that will inspire you.

I hope you take the time to shop your stash and put together a kit. There is a Mr. Linky on the Counterfeit Kit Challenge Blog where you can show us your kit and what you make with it.

This is lovely! It was a big inspiration kit so it's a great excuse (like we need one!) to get out loads of goodies. Hope you get some time to scrap all the fun extra photos :)

Look at all those goodies - I think adding a little blue to the red and green is a great idea, and one can never go wrong with pink! Enjoy it.

I am SOOOOO JEALOUS that you went to NYC at Christmas. That is my dream! Unfortunately, my husband thinks it's the worst time to go to NYC when it's cold. Bah humbug! LOL Wow, what a kit!!!! That is one cool diecut snowflake patterned paper. I see very many spirited pages coming from this fantastic kit! xoxoxo

Looks great! I love this really big kit, you could almost make page kits just from within your one big kit. Have fun this month!

Fun! I think it is so much easier to pull a kit when you have an idea of how you will use it. Great job!
